Part
of a team of contractors, Rex Studios created and installed
a number of scenic items for this 'virtual' car race.
A
wide variety of giant-size Lego pieces accurate down
to the smallest detail, were produced for the Pre-Show
area, complete with petrol pump, fire extinguishers,
garage tools and a space-age portal entrance!

 Rex
Studios' magical U.V. artwork was called upon when it came
to the main Race Room show, as well.
Our
scenic artist created full size U.V. scenes of Lego lunar
landscapes, immersing the riders in this computer-based game.

The
outside of the building had our skills employed on it
when we were asked to produce a full size Lego brick
helicopter, with rotating blades. Created using a combination
of GRP techniques and metal work and following actual
Lego kit plans down to the last brick, this helicopter
stands at the top of the attraction, open to the elements.

It
may look like kids' building blocks but you can rest
assured this helicopter is firmly fixed to the ground,
and built to withstand more than just child's play!
Rex
Studios' sign skills were also made use of by Lego land
when it came to finger posting this new attraction and
others, in the park.
